House of the Dragon | Season 2

In the Unreal Engine VFX department we worked on the battle of the dragons in the 8th episode of Hotd season 2.
We created a digital version of the battlefield and its surroundings like the forests, the sea and the skies all within Unreal Engine 5. The battlefield had to resemble different states of destruction, like before the battle, mid battle and after battle.
We were able to create the scenes in realtime and full scenedressing within the editor and then we rendered the sequences in movie render queue with all needed passes.
